Software Engineer
Do you want to be part of building a platform where creators can collaborate on music and storytelling projects, and where educators can build learning opportunities? Join us in the Soundtrap team, where we develop the world’s leading web based DAW. While many Soundtrappers are based in Stockholm, we are a distributed workforce and many of our dedicated engineers are working from other European countries including Denmark, France, Italy, UK, Germany and Spain.
As an engineer in our Education crew, you'll be working at the intersection between engineering, music, and education, empowering teachers using Soundtrap to teach their students to create and love music! We’re constantly experimenting, finding new ways to allow teahers and students to unlock creativity in the classroom. If you are passionate about music and want to help teachers educate a new generation of musical talent, this will be a fun position!
We value people who are flexible and passionate about what they do. While experience in the technologies we use at Soundtrap is an advantage, if you have solid software engineering experience, are an enthusiastic learner, and love our product as much as we do, we want to hear from you!

Where you'll be
- We are a distributed workforce enabling our band members to find a work mode best for them!
- You can choose to work from our office in Stockholm, or to work from home in any of the following countries; Sweden, Denmark, France, Italy, Spain, Germany or the UK. You need to have a work permit for the country that you wish to work in.
